The Perch recipe that we present is simple to prepare and will undoubtedly delight the whole family, even the kids: thanks to its mild taste and its tender meat it will be able to conquer all your guests at the table.
Here are the ingredients needed to prepare the Perch Recipe for 4 people:
- 500 g. fillet of perch
- 1 egg
- 40 g. of butter
Perch Recipe Preparation
- First you must lightly cover in flour the fillets of perch.
- After that beat the egg in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Put later to skim off the butter in a wide and low nonstick pan, with a few leaves of sage.
- Now pass the perch fillets in the egg previously beaten and brown them in the butter over high heat.
- When they become golden brown you can lower the heat and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
And there you have an exquisite second course, rich in taste but poor in excessive calories.
