RESERVATION IS TO CONSIDER POSITIVELY ENDED ONLY AFTER RECIEVING A CONFIRMATION
VOUCHER AND A SUCCESSFUL DEPOSIT PAYMENT RECIEPT.
MISSING THOSE TWO ELEMENTS RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED AND NO DATAS ARE IN THE
SYSTEM
HOW TO BOOK
Verify availability and book on line yourself, using the control panel on the
left or in alternative send an email at info@ilperlo.com
Once availability has been confirmed by Il Perlo staff, all reservations must be confirmed by credit card, check or PMO with a confirmation deposit of 30% for stay of more than 2 nights ( 1 or 2 nights: 1 Night charge).

Please fax copy of the transfer reciept to +39031951556 as soon as you make transfer
to avoid mistakes due to bank time to communicate payment.

FAX requests can be made by dialing 39 031 95 15 56.
ONLINE requests can be made by completing the website reservation form and will
be directly confirmed if credit card deitails will be valid.
All personal data is confidential according to Law 675/96(data protection privacy
law).
Il Perlo will FAX or E_MAIL a defintive confirmation or a receipt of your deposit,
thus guaranteeing your reservation until 12:00pm of your arrival date.
Arrivals after midnight will be surcharged 26,00.
HOW TO CANCEL
Room cancellations must be received by FAX or EMAIL 7 days before arrival.
LATE CANCELLATION WILL BE ANYWAY CHARGED 1 NIGHT RATE
Deposits will be refunded by Il Perlo if the above procedures are followed, with
an adminstrative charge of Euro 5, otherwise deposits will be withheld.
After check-in, guests are financially responsible for their entire reservation
period and will be charged accordingly |
