The company inform all passengers that, for the departure from Oliveto Lario, Malgrate, Valmadrera and Civate, contact them the day before departure to give them the exact time of pick up (its depend from the traffic to reach Hotels and own property).
The service is available also for people that stay in Menaggio, Cadenabbia and Varenna shifted by ferry boat to Bellagio.
